Salary : $60,000 base salary with uncapped commission

Job Summary :
We are seeking a knowledgeable and driven Landscaping Sales Manager to join our client’s Landscaping Division. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing landscaping projects from start to finish, managing client relationships, and driving sales for our wide range of landscaping services and products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plants, hardscaping, quoting, and drawing designs for landscaping projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sell and promote client’s landscaping services and products to potential clients.
- Develop accurate quotes and detailed drawings for landscaping projects.
- Manage all landscaping jobs, from initial client contact to final completion.
- Order and manage materials required for each landscaping job.
- Work primarily on the road, meeting with clients and inspecting job sites. Regular visits to the office are required to prepare quotes and create drawings.
- Coordinate with clients to ensure their vision is brought to life within their budget and timeframe.
- Oversee job site management, ensuring jobs are completed on time and to the highest standard.
- Drive sales and expand customer base, focusing on both residential and commercial landscaping opportunities.
- Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring continued business and repeat clients.
