Job Title : Warehouse Maintenance Tech
Shift : 1st 7am-3pm Monday- Friday
Pay : $22
Location : Groveport, OH
Job Description :
- Maintenance on forklift equipment, pallet jacks, chargers, batteries, and small conveyors
- Maintenance of overhead dock doors, ramp dock levelers, construction repair, floor repair, office doors etc.
- Light plumbing occasionally
- Various carpentry assignments as needed
- Various metal projects for repairs (Racking)
- Interact with associates in a cooperative, constructive manner
- Relay direction from Operations Manager to other assistants
- Will be trained on the proper safety procedures and elimination of potential hazards
- Exposure to various chemicals (ie. Battery Acid, Lubricants, Paint and Cleaning Solvents)
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Perform routine, repetitive daily inspection, and maintenance necessary to building exterior / interior.
- Perform installation, maintenance, repair, and construction work in the basic building maintenance trades, such as carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, locksmith, and carpets.
- Perform functions in the construction, installation, and maintenance of roofs, furniture, fences, cabinets, shelving, and a variety of other structures and items.
- Prepares and paint walls and woodwork or performs other types of refinishing. Including all miscellaneous jobs.
- Clears clogged drains and replaces plumbing fixtures.
- Cleans work area, tools, and equipment.
- Understanding of hydraulic and other systems.
