Key Responsibilities :
- Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment and machinery used in the automobile, motorcycle, and appliance manufacturing processes, including CNC machines, assembly lines, presses, and other specialized machinery.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues on production equipment.
- Minimize equipment downtime by addressing maintenance needs promptly.
- Assist with the installation and setup of new machinery or equipment as required.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify potential issues and implement solutions to improve equipment efficiency and production output.
- Ensure machines are calibrated and aligned correctly for optimal performance and quality control.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and industry standards while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Provide support during production runs to ensure equipment operates smoothly and resolve any issues that arise.
