Job Summary: The Closure Manufacturing Operations Specialist will coordinate with customers to provide technical support for capping equipment. This role oversees compression-molding processes within our facilities to ensure safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Travel to customer facilities to oversee line trials and qualification testing
- Work closely with our Quality Manager in resolving capping and closure issues
- Troubleshoot and provide technical support for customers' capper equipment, including proper setup and operation of feed systems, orienteers, chucks, and other components
- Evaluate products against applicable quality standards
- Assist with configuring full closure line setups involving multiple pieces of equipment
- Support equipment installations, training programs, and start-up activities within the plant
- Provide technical guidance to plant personnel on all aspects of closure equipment operation and maintenance
Additional Responsibilities:
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation, including operation logs, batch records, and compliance-related records
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, GMPs, ethical business practices, and SOPs
