- Provide technical support to customers and resolve capping and closure issues.
- Oversee compression-molding processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Travel to customer facilities to oversee line trials and qualification testing.
- Collaborate with the Quality Manager to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to capper equipment.
