We are seeking a driven and experienced Executive Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and placing top executive talent across a variety of industries. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for executive-level positions
- Partner with clients to understand their organizational goals, culture, and executive talent needs
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using a variety of tools (LinkedIn, networking, referrals, databases, etc.)
- Screen and assess candidates to ensure a strong fit with both skillset and culture
- Present top-tier candidates to clients and guide them through the hiring process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
- Provide market insights and strategic advice to clients on hiring trends and compensation
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in executive or professional-level recruitment (agency or in-house)
- Proven track record of successfully filling leadership positions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
- Strong sense of discretion and professionalism
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field preferred
