As a Leader in staffing and workforce solutions for the modern-day business, the Surgeforce Group is a professional staffing and solutions firm specializing in temporary staffing, permanent placement and workforce management.
The Front Desk Receptionist will work directly with the Office Services and Administrative Assistant. He / She will promote the corporate image internally and externally in addition to providing general office support with a variety of clerical activities, answering phones and related tasks.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
- Answering incoming calls and directing calls to appropriate staff File and retrieve corporate documents, records and reports Prepare correspondence and the flow of correspondence
- All other duties as assigned to contribute to the successful operation of the company
- Telephone Skills, Microsoft Office Skills, Professionalism, Customer Focus, Organization, Informing Others, Handles Pressure
- Ability to work well independently as well as in a team setting; effective communication necessary
