Job Details:

Responsibilities:
- Operate injection molding machine to cast products from thermoplastic materials
- Mold products according to specifications under heat and pressure
- Run controls to start the flow of water and release air pressure to the machine
- Set timing and temperature units and start the automatic feed mechanism
- Adjust controls to conform to specifications
- Remove the workpiece from the mold and trim excess material
- Reuse excess material or unsatisfactory workpieces by regrinding them
- Examine, inspect, and measure raw materials
- Install dies on machines according to specifications
- Follow a formula to mix thermoplastic materials and coloring pigments in a mixing machine
- Monitor machine temperature, the volume of material, pressure, and speed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Comply with health and safety regulations and always wear protective gear
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in machine operation is a plus.
- Proven experience as a machine operator or in a similar role.
- May need to stand for long periods
- Work in various weather and temperature conditions
- Excellent communication, time-management, and collaboration skills
- May need to bend, squat, push, pull, and lift frequently
- Follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail
- Great attendance and punctual
