Responsibilities:
- Supervising operations within a facility to achieve higher output
- Oversee daily warehouse operations
- Manage inventory
- Ensure efficient logistics and supply chain processes
- Ensure efficient transportation, storage, and distribution of goods
- Organizing training and educational manuals for the production team
- Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding of new hires
- Coordinate with transportation providers
- Monitor quality, quantity, cost, and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods
Position Requirements:
- Two (2) years proven experience in warehouse management or a similar supervisory role within a distribution center
- Highly experienced in the management of logistics operations
- Knowledge of manufacturing tools and equipment
- Excellent organization, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethic
