Job Title: Swim Instructor
Job Overview:
We are seeking passionate and experienced Swim Instructors to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality swim instruction to students of all ages and skill levels. As a Swim Instructor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our swimmers while promoting water safety and skill development.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct swim lessons in accordance with established curriculum and guidelines
- Provide individualized instruction to students based on their abilities
- Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all swimmers
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing feedback for improvement
- Demonstrate proper swimming techniques and skills to students
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Instructor, lifeguard or competitive swimmer preferred
- Certification in lifeguarding preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with students of all ages and skill levels
- Knowledge of water safety practices and procedures
- Ability to educate and engage students in a fun and effective manner
