Position’s Contributions to Work Group :
- We are seeking a Senior Business Architect to lead the strategic alignment of business goals, processes, and technology solutions.
- This individual will play a key role in mapping capabilities, modeling processes, designing customer journeys, and serving as a bridge between business and IT.
- An understanding of the sales and services of large industrial machines business model and its intricacies is essential, alongside a strong background in Business Relationship Management (BRM), TOGAF principles, and enterprise-level architecture.
Typical task breakdown :
A. Capabilities Mapping
1. Identify, define, and document business capabilities in alignment with organizational strategy.
2. Develop capability heat maps to identify gaps and recommend enhancements.
B. Process Modeling
1. Analyze, design, and optimize end-to-end business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to standardize and document workflows using industry-standard modeling techniques (e.g., BPMN).
C. Journey Mapping
1. Lead customer and employee journey mapping initiatives to ensure seamless experiences across all touchpoints.
2. Identify pain points and opportunities for process improvement.
D. Strategic Architecture Development
1. Develop and maintain business architecture artifacts that align with the enterprise architecture framework.
2. Work closely with technical architects to ensure business requirements are translated into scalable solutions.
E. Understanding of strategic mapping process modeling / capabilities to technologies)
1. Leverage deep understanding of process / capabilities modeling to align solutions with sales and aftermarket strategies.
2. Collaborate with RISST stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
F. Governance and Standard
1. Ensure architectural standards, best practices, and frameworks (including TOGAF) are consistently applied.
2. Participate in governance boards to review and approve business architecture changes.
