This position is temp to hire.

Location:  Reynoldsburg , OH 43040

Summary:

The position is temp-to-hire and offers a pay rate of $21.00 per hour.

The work schedule for a successful placement is from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Please note that the stamping work environment is highly regulated and strictly enforced for safety reasons. Therefore, it may only be suitable for some personality types.

Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of designated presses while stamping parts by operational standards.

Qualifications:

1. A Resume
2. High school diploma or GED required.
3. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operation standards, and check sheets.
4. Verbal and written communication skills.
5. Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
6. At least one year of experience in one of the following areas:
7. Operating Heavy Machinery: Experience with CNC machines, injection molding machines, or similar equipment, requiring precision, attention to detail, and adherence to safety protocols.
8. Mechanical and Hydraulic Systems: Relevant experience with mechanical or hydraulic systems, such as those used in automotive repair or maintenance.
9. Manufacturing and Production (two years): Experience in an assembly line or manufacturing environment, including following production schedules, performing quality inspections, and making machinery adjustments.

Essential Functions:

1. Read and interpret documents.
2. Complete high-quality products within given time constraints.
3. Verify the accuracy of all completed work.
4. Responsible for bringing any quality issues to their manager.
5. Perform other duties as required and assigned.

Physical Requirements:

1. Be able to stand, walk, push, pull, and lift at least 25 lbs.
2. Will be exposed to possible high levels of noise.
3. May occasionally reach with hands and arms.
4. May be exposed to moderate noise levels.
