Duties/Responsibilities:
- Perform all work-related functions in a safe and orderly manner.
- Must have strong knowledge and experience with 480v, PLCs, AB ControlLogix, or other brands.
- Lead and direct the electrical and instrumentation departments' reliability and training initiatives.
- Electrical reliability programs to improve the reliability of instrumentation and electrical distribution systems.
- Lead and direct specialty contractors.
- Assist in developing capital project programs for new equipment and major repairs.
- Equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards.
- Direct and coordinate installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements.
- Assessing required maintenance tools and skills required for efficient maintenance of equipment.
- Perform any other duties assigned.

Education and Experience:
- 1 to 3 years of experience working in a heavy industrial environment with exposure to such safety hazards as heavy fork truck traffic, ability to work around steel parts heated to over 2000°F, and automated equipment such as conveyors and Robots.
