The Lead Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations and ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of staffing services. This role involves overseeing recruitment processes, client services, and workforce management to ensure that the company meets its business objectives. The Lead Sales Manager will report to the CEO and work closely with other senior leaders to develop and implement strategies that drive operational excellence within the staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the staffing services, including recruitment, onboarding and client servicing.
  2. Ensure efficient allocation of resources and optimize operational workflows.
  3. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.
  4. Team Leadership and Development: Lead, manage, and mentor a team of operations managers and staff.
  5. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages professional growth and development.
  6. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and support to team members.
  7. Client Relations: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by overseeing the delivery of staffing solutions and addressing any client concerns.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  9. Implement client feedback mechanisms to continuously improve service delivery.
  10. Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational improvement and implement best practices and continuous improvement methodologies.
  11. Monitor and analyze operational metrics to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  12. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
  13. Financial Management: Assist in the development and management of the operations budget.
  14. Monitor operational costs and implement cost-control measures.
  15. Work with the finance team to endure accurate financial reporting and budgeting.
  16. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop and execute strategic plans for operational growth and improvement.
  17. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant practices into operational strategies.
  18. Support the development and implementation of new business initiatives and technology enhancements.
  19. Performance Metrics: Develop, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance.
  20. Implement corrective actions as needed to achieve performance targets.
  21. Regularly report operational performance to the CEO and executive team.

Qualifications:

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or related field.
  2. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
  3. Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in an operational leadership role, preferably within the staffing industry.
  4. Proven track record of managing and optimizing complex operations.
  5. Experience in client relationship management and service delivery.
  6. Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills.
  7. Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  8. Strong financial acumen and understanding of budgeting and financial reporting.
  9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  10. Proficiency in using operational and workforce management software.
