Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the staffing services, including recruitment, onboarding and client servicing.
- Ensure efficient allocation of resources and optimize operational workflows.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Team Leadership and Development: Lead, manage, and mentor a team of operations managers and staff.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages professional growth and development.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and support to team members.
- Client Relations: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by overseeing the delivery of staffing solutions and addressing any client concerns.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Implement client feedback mechanisms to continuously improve service delivery.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational improvement and implement best practices and continuous improvement methodologies.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or related field.
- Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in an operational leadership role, preferably within the staffing industry.
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing complex operations.
- Experience in client relationship management and service delivery.
