Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing industrial machinery, including changing bearings, troubleshooting mechanical systems, and ensuring all equipment operates efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance on industrial machines and equipment.
- Change bearings on machines as part of regular maintenance and repair.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues to ensure minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with team members to identify potential issues and implement preventive measures.
- Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Assist with the maintenance of hydraulic systems when necessary.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following safety procedures and guidelines.
- Complete work orders and maintenance logs in a timely manner.
- Report any machine malfunctions or repair needs to the Maintenance Supervisor.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician or similar role.
- Experience in bearing replacement and mechanical maintenance.
- Familiarity with hydraulic systems is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work with various mechanical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and electrical schematics.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment when needed.
Salary : $20 - $25
