What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manufacturing Tech position at Surge?
Pay: $ 30-35/hr.
Hours: 3-11 pm or 11 pm-7 am (3rd shift)
Required Experience:

- Advanced experience in pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical.
- PLC Logics experience.
- Robot programming experience.
- Basic fabrication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing equipment, with a focus on pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
- Program, troubleshoot, and optimize PLC-controlled automation systems.
- Program and maintain robotic systems used in the manufacturing process.
- Perform basic fabrication tasks to support machinery adjustments and repairs.
- Work with and maintain equipment from Allen Bradley and Siemens.
- Collaborate with team members during shift handoffs or for coverage as needed.
- Ensure all equipment is functioning efficiently to meet production goals and timelines.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols while performing maintenance and troubleshooting.
