A top-producing realty company, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join their team at their Norwalk, OH office. This individual will provide exceptional support to one of their dedicated real estate professionals, while helping ensure smooth daily operations of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, manage appointments, and handle general inquiries
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate various office tasks
- Maintain office organization and ensure all administrative tasks are handled in a timely manner
- Perform data entry and assist with document preparation and filing
- Provide support to realtor with client communications and other related duties
- Assist with office systems and technology, including using computer software to track transactions and manage data
Requirements:
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer applications
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive and professional attitude
Preferred Qualifications:
