Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Clerk
Location: Lebanon, TN
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $20.00 per hour
Work Hours: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily shipping and receiving operations to ensure products are properly documented, processed, and delivered on time.
- Prepare and package shipments for customers, ensuring correct labeling, documentation, and packaging standards are met.
- Receive and inspect incoming materials, verifying quantities and quality to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of all shipments and receipts, utilizing computer systems for tracking and inventory management.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining the warehouse for efficient storage and easy access to products.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth transitions from production to shipping.
- Perform basic clerical tasks, such as data entry, filing, and correspondence related to shipping and receiving operations.
- Operate forklifts and other equipment (if certified) to move materials within the warehouse (Forklift experience is a plus).
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures in the warehouse environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous shipping and receiving experience is a must.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including experience with inventory and order management software.
- Strong clerical skills with the ability to manage data entry, filing, and administrative tasks accurately.
- Ability to operate forklifts is a plus but not required (training can be provided).
- Attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials as required for shipping and receiving tasks.
