Job Description:
We seek a dynamic and results-driven Social Media Ad Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new advertising clients and managing existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and acquire new advertising clients through outbound sales efforts and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing objectives and recommend tailored social media advertising solutions.
- Create and present compelling sales pitches and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide clients with data-driven insights and optimizations.
- Stay up-to-date with social media advertising trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, advertising, or digital marketing, preferably in social media ad sales.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and their advertising capabilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Experience with advertising metrics, analytics, and campaign optimization is a plus.
