What are the responsibilities and job description for the Territory Sales Manager position at Surge?
Hours: 8-5 Monday- Friday
Benefits: $100k annually plus bonuses based on invoicing, PTO, 401k with matching contributions, Health, Dental, Vision, Life, company vehicle with gas card
Territory: Detroit Michigan to Lansing, Michigan
Must be willing to commute to HQ located in Wellington, OH for orientation and occasional meetings
Skills Required:
- Must have prior experience selling overhead cranes and service
- Desire and ability to sell new accounts
- Experience with CRM and ability to log daily activity and interactions
- Highly motivated, fact pace, Self- starter
- Strong Communication Ability
- Good customer relationship and negotiation skills
- Sales finesse for cold calling and account retention
- Maintenance of database with records of calls made and new accounts
- Excellent time management skills
- Must have clean driving record
- Monitoring and tracking quotes
- Territory Knowledge base
- Be willing to be drug tested randomly
- Industrial Sales background preferred
- Social Media presence along with strong PC Skills
