Shift: 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM), Monday – Friday (with possible overtime)

Job Description:
Our client in Minster is currently seeking three experienced Weld Fabricators with MIG welding skills to join our team in Minster. In this role, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components according to blueprints and project specifications. Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Perform MIG welding and fabrication tasks on various materials
- Ensure all work is completed to specification and quality standards
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a welder or weld fabricator preferred
- Must have MIG welding experience
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Knowledge of welding techniques and tools
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be reliable and punctual
