Job Overview:
As a Welder, you will be responsible for performing welding tasks to fabricate, assemble, and repair metal parts and components. Your expertise in welding will be critical to ensuring the quality and durability of our products, which are used in campgrounds and parks across the country.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG and TIG welding on steel, aluminum, and other metals to fabricate parts and components for campground and park products.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents to determine welding requirements.
- Ensure welds are strong, durable, and meet quality and safety standards.
- Inspect welded parts for defects and make adjustments as needed.
- Maintain and operate welding equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required protective gear.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on welding equipment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in MIG and TIG welding (previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus).
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality, durable products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Good problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
