Responsibilities
Patient Services Representative will be responsible for organizing preoperative testing, chart preparation, greeting patients, answering phones filing records.
Greet and comminate with patients and visitors
Answer incoming calls
Obtain pre anesthesia testing
Register patients, verify identity and demographic’s
Basic medical terminology
Kowledge of typing / word processing
Strong communication skills
Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age with a High School education or equivalent experience.
Required 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
Computer experience with word or Excel
Excellent Communication skills
Ability to prioritize and work independently.
Ability to work within a team
Basic computer skills
Excellent professional, organization, and communication skills
General office skills
General secretarial skills
Ability to multitask.
Ability to set priorities.
Phlebotomy preferred.
USD $20.00 / Hr. USD $25.00 / Hr.
