Your Role
As an OR Scrub Tech at SCF, you’ll play a critical role in providing exceptional surgical care by:
- Preparing and maintaining sterile surgical instruments.
- Anticipating surgeons’ needs and ensuring the availability of equipment and supplies.
- Maintaining aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety.
- Collaborating with a team of skilled professionals to deliver efficient, high-quality care.
What We’re Looking For

Required:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Completion of a surgical scrub technician course.
- Operating room experience.
- Strong ethical and moral character references.

Preferred:
- Two years of operating room experience.
