Our Radiology Technicians are responsible for providing radiology services for the surgery center, utilizing fluoroscopy with the C-arm. The RT assist the consulting radiologist, Administrator and Clinical Director in maintaining compliance for the radiology program at the facility.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Graduate of an accredited radiology technologist program.
- Certified as radiology technician (AART)
- CPR certification
- Operating Room or Pain Procedure experience
- ASC experience a plus
- Two (2) years' experience in a healthcare setting performing fluoroscopy procedures.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Effectively organizes time, equipment, and supplies.
- Skilled use of equipment; accurately and appropriately.
- Confirms proper radiology techniques and procedures are used according to accepted standards of practice.
- Assists in managing inventory of supplies, drugs, and equipment to maintain availability and stock levels in the
- Utilizes appropriate shielding devices and techniques for the patient, physician, and staff in areas where fluoroscopy is used.
- Demonstrates an attitude that is caring, respectful, sensitive, tactful, compassionate, empathetic, and tolerant.
- Provides a safe environment for the patient.

Experience
Preferred- Previous Pain Management experience a plus
