POSITION OVERVIEW:

Responsible for processing bi-weekly payroll for 650 employees using UKG. Responsible for verifying timekeeping data for processing payroll. Financial reporting to Administration and various outside agencies. Management of Clinic financial resources. Compilation of physician productivity. Physician compensation administration and reporting. Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules according to monthly close schedule; facilitate and complete monthly close procedures; analyze revenues, and expenses to ensure the are recorded appropriately monthly; prepare monthly account reconciliations; assist with analyzing financial statements monthly and report on variances and assist with financial and tax audits. Back up for accounts payable.

EDUCATION:

• Associates degree in Accounting or Finance, required
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, preferred

EXPERIENCE:

• 2 years accounting/finance experience
• 2 years of payroll experience, preferred

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

• Payroll processing, Excel and UKG experience a plus. 
• Ability to work within a double entry accounting system, to operate computer hardware and software, to evaluate & analyze financial & similar data
• Ability to creatively solve problems and issues. 
• Ability to interact and communicate with other staff, management, patients, providers, staff and other business contacts. 
• Ability to tolerate stress, particularly as it relates to a sometime hectic work schedule with multiple deadlines.
