Job Description
Lead and manage a team of MuleSoft Developers, ensuring they are effectively utilizing their skills and meeting project deadlines.
Develop and implement strategic plans for the MuleSoft platform, aligning with the overall IT strategy of the organization.
Utilize programming languages such as .Net, JavaScript, Python, and T-SQL to develop and enhance MuleSoft solutions.
Leverage Azure and DevOps for the development, testing, and deployment of MuleSoft solutions.
Apply knowledge and experience in the Health Care Payer industry to develop solutions that meet specific business needs.
Administer the MuleSoft Anypoint platform, ensuring its optimal performance and addressing any issues that arise.
Manage and maintain the integration of Salesforce platform with MuleSoft Anypoint platform, ensuring seamless data transfer and optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the MuleSoft platform and its integrations.
Conduct testing of MuleSoft solutions to ensure their functionality, performance, and reliability.
Mentor existing staff, providing them with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively use and manage the MuleSoft platform.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in MuleSoft and related technologies and apply this knowledge to improve the organization's use of the platform.
Collaborate with other IT teams to design and implement efficient APIs.
Ensure that MuleSoft projects adhere to best practices and architectural principles.
Monitor, evaluate, and optimize MuleSoft solutions for continuous improvements.
Oversee the deployment of MuleSoft solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from planning to deployment.
Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required.
10 years of related professional experience including at least 5 years' experience in a leading role in MuleSoft solution design and system administration.
Proven hands-on experience in MuleSoft development, including designing, building, and managing APIs and integrations.
Proficiency in .Net, JavaScript for API creation and testing methodologies.
Strong understanding of SDLC and project management principles.
Comprehensive understanding of the MuleSoft platform and its capabilities.
Operational and technical experience with development tools include but not limited to REST API, Web Services, and other integration patterns.
Strong understanding of Agile methodology and its application in MuleSoft projects.
Working knowledge of Salesforce Platform. Able to transfer data from and to using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
Licensure and / or Certification Desired
MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect or MuleSoft Certified Integration
