What you bring
At least 2 years of clinical experience in a verified trauma program
Board-certified in General Surgery
Surgery Critical Care certification is a plus, but not mandatory
Strong communication skills with leaders, peers, and staff
A passion for trauma surgery and desire for continuous growth
