Position Overview :
SAMGI is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trauma Medical Director to lead the trauma services at St. Anthony North Hospital. The ideal candidate will be a board-certified surgeon with a strong background in trauma care and a commitment to clinical excellence. This role combines clinical responsibilities with leadership duties, including oversight of trauma program operations, quality improvement initiatives, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight for the hospital's trauma program.
- Lead a team of well-qualified surgeons and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
- Ensure compliance with Level III Trauma Center standards and guidelines.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
