Surgical Care Team Member

Job Description:
Promote the mission, vision, and values of SCA. Assess patient status throughout the perioperative episode of care. Develop an individualized perioperative patient plan of care. Serve as a member of a multidisciplinary team in planning perioperative patient care.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to surgical patients in the operating room
- Collaborate with anesthesia and surgical teams to ensure smooth patient care transitions
- Develop and implement individualized patient plans of care to meet unique patient needs
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient care activities
