Manufacturing Manager

Surgical Coatings, LLC is a leader in polymer coating services for the medical device industry. We are looking for a Manufacturing Manager to oversee production at our new facility in Littleton, CO.

Job requirements:

· Extensive experience in the implementation and management of ERP systems.

· 5 years in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment.

· Bachelor’s degree in business, production operations, or related field.

· Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing team members and maximizing their potential.

· Experience with EN 13485 or ISO 9001 quality management systems.

· Proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments, including finance, accounting, and R&D.

· Ability to interface effectively with customers and vendors.

· Expertise in managing and defining processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

· Lead all manufacturing operations with a focus on driving continuous improvement.

· Foster and maintain a safe, healthy, and compliant work environment.

· Recruit, onboard, evaluate, and manage manufacturing team members to build a high-performing workforce.

· Utilize problem-solving skills to identify, address, and mitigate manufacturing challenges.

· Streamline and oversee workflow processes for maximum efficiency and productivity.

Pay range:

$95K to $130K depending on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
