About the Role:

We are seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager to oversee the financial operations of our Hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing revenue cycle processes, ensuring timely and accurate billing, and maximizing revenue collection. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve revenue cycle performance and compliance. The Revenue Cycle Manager will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations and provide strategic guidance to senior leadership.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in revenue cycle management in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare billing and reimbursement regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Certification in Revenue Cycle Management (CRCR).
  • Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Experience with healthcare revenue cycle management software.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the revenue cycle processes, including billing, collections, and accounts receivable management.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve revenue cycle performance and compliance.
  • Collaborate with other departments, as well as external resources to ensure seamless financial operations.
  • Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on revenue cycle management.
  • Manage and develop a team of revenue cycle professionals.

The Revenue Cycle Manager will utilize their strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills to manage revenue cycle processes and ensure compliance with healthcare billing and reimbursement regulations. They will also use their excellent communication and collaboration skills to work closely with other departments and provide strategic guidance to senior leadership. Additionally, the successful candidate will leverage their experience with healthcare revenue cycle management software and electronic health record (EHR) systems to optimize financial operations.
