Surgical Notes is hiring for a Patient Relations Specialist to assist patients and Accounts Receivable. The ideal candidate has excellent organizational skills, communication skills, with the desire and ability to learn quickly. Working as a part of the team to meet deadlines, but also being able to work independently is crucial to the success in this position. External Title : Patient Relations Specialist
Internal Title : US RCM Individual Contributor II
Reports to : Manager, Revenue Cycle
Responsibilities :
- Maintain a healthy patient A / R
- Ensure all statements, calls, refunds and collection agency referrals are current
- Maintain detailed status logs
- Communicate effectively with clients and follow-up professionally, when needed
- Answer all incoming and complete all outgoing patient calls
- Follow-up with patients if their claim is pending a questionnaire, accident info or COB
- Send all patient statements
- Meet specific metrics defined by SNBilling
- Other responsibilities as assigned Role Information :

- Remote : The minimum bandwidth requirements are 10 Mbps upload and 50 Mbps download speeds. The recommended bandwidth requirements are 20 Mbps upload and 100 Mbps download speeds.
