We are currently looking for candidates for Traveling Technicians in NYC!!
Qualifications:
Duties & Responsibilities Include:
- Travels across assigned territory existing accounts.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with hospital administration, surgeons and other OR staff.
- Maintains high standards for decontamination, inspection, assembly, inspecting, wrapping, and sterilization of surgical instruments
- Maintains all laparoscopic equipment and replace as needed, process repairs for instruments and scopes
- Maintains current preference cards for surgeons
- Maintains a professional level of service, behavior, and communication with Surgical Solutions team members, hospital, and OR staff
- Maintains CRCST Certification.
- Completes/provides documentation required to obtain medical clearance from the hospital.
- Sets the example at all sites with 100% adoption - daily usage of required hardware and daily login to SCMP at the temporary site to service all cases. Utilizes all digital best practices and share out what has worked well at other locations you have supported where teams may be struggling to merge the operational with digital flows.
Qualifications:
- CRCST certification required
- High school diploma/GED required; some college preferred
- 1-2 years working in Surgical Solutions
- Outstanding customer service skills and ability to build strong rapport with hospital teams
- Ability to quickly and accurately anticipate needs
- Availability for 24/7 hospital coverage including weekday, weekend, and holiday rotational scheduled and on-call shifts
- Availability to travel as needed, up to 90% of the time.
