Responsibilities
- Prepare patient care areas efficiently and ensure necessary equipment and supplies are provided.
- Demonstrate proper airway management techniques and monitor patients according to policy.
- Exhibit expertise in insertion, maintenance, and removal of IV catheters and saline locks.
- Perform and document head-to-toe evaluations of patients using an approved scoring system.
- Provide a safe and comforting environment for patients and families.

Requirements
- Associate Degree in Nursing or higher degree required.
- 1 year of nursing experience in a clinical setting, preferably in PACU, ICU, or surgery.
- Active RN license as required by state of employment.
- BCLS Certification upon employment.
- ACLS required within 30 days of hire.
- PALS if required by facility within 30 days of hire.
