JOB DESCRIPTION:
Directly responsible for scheduling and coordinating the communications and day-to-day workings of the whole production team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Schedules and coordinates flow of work within or between departments
- Makes sure paperwork is completed and filed
- Coordinate and lead meetings, take notes, transcribe and assure proper distribution of minutes
- Assist with projects as needed
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Specific knowledge-based competencies required to satisfactorily perform the functions of the job include: concepts of grammar and punctuation.
- Ability to work with a wide variety of people with different personalities and backgrounds
- Demonstrates a positive attitude, communicates directly and honestly
- Ability to work independently and under some pressure to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work flexible schedule to meet management requirements and customer expectations
- Strong problem-solver, with an eye for detail
COMPUTER AND SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS:
Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
