What You'll Do As a Client Sales Associate:
- Engage directly with customers, explaining Frontier’s products and offering solutions that align with customer needs
- Drive sales results, meeting individual and team-based goals through effective communication and product knowledge
- Manage customer accounts, assisting with new enrollments, renewals, and service upgrades
- Represent the Frontier brand professionally, ensuring each interaction builds trust and satisfaction
- Report key performance metrics, tracking success and identifying opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with the Surmount Innovations team, sharing insights and contributing to our expanding sales strategy
