Duties
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Manage scheduling and appointments efficiently, coordinating with staff as needed.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Handle clerical duties such as filing, typing, and proofreading documents.
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide support as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to enhance the office environment.

Qualifications
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a front desk role is preferred.
