Survey Merchandiser is hiring Reset Merchandisers in Kill Devil Hills, NC for a short-term reset project. The role requires planogram (POG) and reset experience, as you’ll be responsible for organizing store shelves according to a specific layout. You will use Survey's app to document your work.

Requirements:
- Experience: Previous reset or POG experience is mandatory.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, kneel, and reach shelves.
- Tools Required:
- Rubber Mallet.
- Box Cutters.
- Tech Requirements:
- Smartphone (iPhone or Android) with the Survey Merchandiser app installed.
- An active account with Survey Merchandiser.
- Other Requirements:
- Must be 18 or older.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Punctuality is critical – you must arrive at the store at least 15 minutes early.
- Must print out the Satisfaction Survey.
- Pay: $18/hr.
- Payment Method: OpenForce via the Survey Merchandiser App.
- Project Duration: Reset starts on February 10th and will continue until March 13th.
- Shifts hours: From 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
- Additional details:
- Must be able to work the whole shift.
- You must bring your own tools: Tools needed:
- Rubber Mallet and Box Cutters.
- Location: Kill Devil Hills, NC.
- Responsibilities:
- Visit each store at the designated time.
- Check in with the store manager and/or the reset team lead.
- Provide services as directed by the team lead to complete the reset (remove all products from shelf, take shelves out, wipe down inside of cooler, place mounting grid, place shelf pusher trays)
- Before leaving the store, take a photo of the set to show all work completed. If push back on any tasks during the visit, confirm why and document the response.
- Flexible work: Pick up gigs through the Survey Merchandiser App.
- Quick Payment: Payments are available within 6 days after successful assignment completion and uploading it in the Survey App.
- Referral Program: Earn up to $100 per referral.
- Training & Support: Available 7 days a week.
- Additional Opportunities: After completing the reset, you may be able to work other merchandising projects.
