Survey Merchandiser is Hiring Team Lead with planogram experience in Hilton Head, SC. Survey Merchandiser is looking for experienced Team Leads for a short-term reset project. This role requires planogram (POG) and reset experience, as you’ll be responsible for organizing store shelves according to a specific layout. If you have leadership experience, you may qualify for Team Lead role. You’ll use Survey’s app to document your work.

Key Job Details:
- Pay: $20/hr.
- Payment Method: OpenForce via the Survey Merchandiser App.
- Project Duration: Reset starts on February 24th and will continue until March 14th.
- Shifts hours: From 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
- Additional details:
- Must be able to work the whole shift.
- You must bring your own tools: Tools needed:
- Rubber Mallet and Box Cutters.
- Location: Hilton Head, SC.
- Responsibilities for Team Leads:
- Manage and guide a team of reset merchandisers.
- Communicate with store management and ensure project execution aligns with the planogram.
- Troubleshoot any issues and ensure all tasks are completed on schedule.
- Experience: Previous reset or POG experience is mandatory. Leadership experience preferred.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, kneel, and reach shelves.
- Tools Required:
- Rubber Mallet.
- Box Cutters.
- Tech Requirements:
- Smartphone (iPhone or Android) with the Survey Merchandiser app installed.
- An active account with Survey Merchandiser.
- Other Requirements:
- Must be 18 or older.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Punctuality is critical – you must arrive at the store at least 15 minutes early.
- Must print out the Satisfaction Survey.
- Flexible work: Pick up gigs through the Survey Merchandiser App.
- Quick Payment: Payments are available within 6 days after successful assignment completion and uploading it in the Survey App.
- Referral Program: Earn up to $100 per referral.
- Training & Support: Available 7 days a week.
- Additional Opportunities: After completing the reset, you may be able to work other merchandising projects.
