Key Job Details:
- Pay: $20/hr.
- Payment Method: OpenForce via the Survey Merchandiser App.
- Project Duration: Reset starts on March 31st and will continue until April 2nd.
- Shifts hours: From 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
- Additional details:
- Carry out a standard scheduled reset with store personnel. Reset type might vary (Ice cream section, canned products, hair resets, etc.)
- Punctuality is a must on this project. You must be at the store 15 minutes before the start of your shift.
- This is a labor intensive role that requires you to work on your feet for the majority of your shift. You may be required to push and lift objects up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
- You'll have a designated team lead on site. This person will assign your daily tasks, check your work, and act as your supervisor on the job.
- Dress Code:
- Closed-toe shoes, pants, and a plain shirt. Khakis and polo are ideal; think business casual. No sandals, tank tops, shorts, printed shirts, or dirty clothes.
- Location: Perham, MN.
- Responsibilities:
- Carry out a standard scheduled reset with Acosta Team Lead. Reset type might vary (Ice cream section, canned products, hair resets, etc.)
- Team Lead may ask some/all of you to remove all the products from shelves (and place them in carts/on the floor).
- Team Lead may ask some/all of you to reorganize product tags so that they match the new shelf Planogram.
- Team Lead may ask some/all of you to move the products that were removed back into the shelf.
- Team Lead may ask some/all of you to go to the store backroom to get new inventory to complete the restock.
- Team Lead may request some miscellaneous tasks.
- Experience: Previous reset or POG experience is mandatory.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, kneel, and reach shelves.
- Tech Requirements:
- Smartphone (iPhone or Android) with the Survey Merchandiser app installed.
- An active account with Survey Merchandiser.
- Other Requirements:
- Must be 18 or older.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Punctuality is critical – you must arrive at the store at least 15 minutes early.
- Flexible work: Pick up gigs through the Survey Merchandiser App.
- Quick Payment: Payments are available within 6 days after successful assignment completion and uploading it in the Survey App.
- Referral Program: Earn up to $100 per referral.
- Training & Support: Available 7 days a week.
- Additional Opportunities: After completing the reset, you may be able to work other merchandising projects.
