Building Maintenance Coordinator
- Location: Belcamp, MD
- Salary: $25/Hour - $35/Hour Depending on Experience and Education

Position Summary
SURVICE Engineering is currently seeking a Building Maintenance Coordinator to support our Aberdeen Area Operation. You will accelerate your career and become an integral team member within the defense community.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide daily, weekly, monthly, annual maintenance associated with building 4695.
- Perform minor repairs as needed
- Coordinated with appropriate trades on major repairs
- Maintain inventory of supplies and purchase as needed
- Provide meeting support as needed with room arrangement, refreshments, and cleanup
- Support monthly company meetings with purchasing of food, setup, cooking as needed, and cleanup
- Oversee janitorial team and ensure completion of checklist
