Primary Function: The Surview Program Manager will oversee all aspects of the Surview Integrity Management Program. This individual will be responsible for preparing cost estimates and proposals to clients, monitoring and managing program profitability, permitting and ensuring the quality and accuracy of deliverables, while maintaining all compliance with regulatory standards. The role supports the development of the annual operating plan by providing collective feedback from the clients on future demand. Additionally, this role collaborates with the Resource Planning Manager to support an efficient project schedule so that they can be executed efficiently. The Program Manager also supports BD efforts for Surview IM.
Compensation: $120-140k depending on experience. 20% annual incentive compensation target.
- Meet commitment to results for all areas of responsibilities including, but not limited to, client retention and satisfaction, financial performance and requirements, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead and oversee programs aligned with a client’s specific needs, ensuring all deliverables meet the expected quality standards and deadlines.
- Develop needed SOP’s and workflows to support quality and efficiency improvements.
- Develop programmatic client proposals based on business standards and the application of an estimating tool.
- Maintain a strong permitting function either through direct client support or through sub-contractors.
- Maintain robust QA/QC processes to ensure precision and accuracy throughout the client or program projects. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with established protocols, standards, and client expectations.
- Develop and monitor realistic and accurate budget forecasts and assist the Resource Planning Manager with AOP production to meet financial forecasts.
- Set up projects in Unanet using MRS project controls standards and the equivalent.
- Establish and maintain a robust client and project filing system for all client programs.
- Maintain all training and certification compliance for OQ’s and other licensure requirements.
- Perform project close out with lessons learned meeting to support continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with functional leads and functional managers to ensure program-specific technical standards are developed and implemented.
- Coordinate with functional leads and functional managers to Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity within the program.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines, both client-specific and those developed by functional leads and functional managers.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices.
- Coordinate with functional leads and functional managers to develop training programs for all current and future staff on process and procedures for all programmatic work.
- Work with recruiting and the project management team to staff appropriately for program needs.
- Partner with the corporate safety team, Compliance and Asset Manager, and operations teams to ensure compliance with safety standards and practices in the industry.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- A wide breadth and depth of knowledge of a particular program or field within the industry.
- Proficiency with program management tools and software.
- Competency with computer programs such as Microsoft Office, and financial programs.
- Proven skills in dealing with medium to high complexity and medium to high risk key client-facing projects through the strategic management of a particular program.
- Strong leadership and personnel management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and interpret business records and statistical reports.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with the capacity to manage multiple tasks, details and deadlines.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues at multiple management and business unit levels and locations.
- Ability to travel, as needed, for client or company needs.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field plus a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in project and/or program management with at least three years in a leadership role OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated complex project management or program management and P&L management experience.
- PMP certification is preferred.

- Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.
Duties are performed in an office environment.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 50% of the time.
- Consistently operate a computer and other office productivity machinery.
- The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers and clients. Must be able to exchange accurate information.
- The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
