What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Sewing Operator position at Survitec Group Limited?
Ensure employees have proper materials, machines/supplies and space to perform their jobs
Execute training of new and current employees
Provide Supervisor with information regarding updating and maintaining employee training records
Provide employees' performance evaluations through regular feedback, coaching and training
Coach and motivate employees toward meeting daily, weekly and monthly company objectives
Inspect employees’ work to ensure it meets quality specifications
Provide Supervisor with information regarding temporary employees’ efficiency, quality and behavior for employment decisions with regard to hiring.
Provide Supervisor with information regarding employees’ efficiency, quality and behavior for employee Performance Reviews.
Act as a coordinator between factory employees and Supervisor.
Monitor raw materials condition and final goods produced.
Communicate material shortages and risks to Supervisor.
Administer and adjust resources appropriately to maintain continuous and constant production flow within the cell/department
Ensure machinery is in safe working condition and performing optimally.
