Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative and Amazon Affiliate Outreach Agent who is passionate about gardening and experienced in providing exceptional customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers across multiple platforms, managing feedback and reviews, and driving sales through outstanding service. Additionally, you will be fostering relationships with Amazon affiliates and influencers to expand our brand presence. Part of your time will be spent in on the production floor in our seed shop in Rigby, Idaho, where you will assist with seed germination testing, inventory management, and promoting seamless communication between the online team and in-house staff.
Customer Service Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours across all platforms (emails, social media, voice mails), including weekends and holidays.
- Manage and maintain feedback on platforms such as Amazon (Voice of the Customer, Feedback Manager), Walmart, Etsy, TikTok, Shopify, and social media.
- Offer motivation or incentives for customers to purchase additional products, including offering gift cards and testing different methods of outreach.
- Raise potential operational issues to both online and in-house team for prompt resolution.
- Increase revenue through excellent customer service and upselling.
Amazon Affiliate Outreach & Brand Expansion:
- Research, identify, and reach out to potential Amazon affiliates and influencers who align with our brand.
- Initiate, manage, and grow Amazon affiliate relationships through the Amazon platform and social media outreach.
- Track affiliate engagement and optimize outreach strategies to maximize conversions.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional campaigns that enhance brand visibility.
In-Shop Responsibilities:
- Prepare seeds for germination testing to ensure product quality and compliance.
- Assist with packaging, labeling, and organizing seed inventory.
- Facilitate clear communication between in-house and online teams to streamline order fulfillment and customer inquiries.
- Provide hands-on support with shop operations, ensuring efficiency and quality control.
Key Competencies:
- A Passion for Gardening:Minimum of five years of gardening experience with practical knowledge.
- Technical Savvy:Familiarity with social media platforms, email, and Google Suite and ability to learn new interfaces.
- Literacy and Writing Skills:Grammatical proficiency and excellent communication skills. Ability to connect with people through text.

- Achieve a 100% response rate within 24 hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Track and increase the number of add-on sales through strategic customer interactions including discounts and upselling.
- Contact and onboard Amazon affiliates and maintain active engagement to drive sales.
- Maintain an Amazon Feedback Manager monthly score of 95-100.
