Our services include inspection, repair, refurbishment, modification, and testing of survival craft and associated launch equipment worldwide.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Kenner, LA, as a Customer Account Coordinator at Survival Systems International New Orleans. As a Customer Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining customer accounts, coordinating service requests, and ensuring timely delivery of services to clients. You will also handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service to maintain strong client relationships.
