What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electrical Test Technician position at Survival Systems Staffing?
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Test Technician to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and reliability of our power supplies and inverters. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with 0402 soldering for Surface Mount Technology (SMT) or Through-Hole (TH) components, as well as expertise in wiring harness creation and testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform precise 0402 soldering for SMT and TH components on power supplies and inverters.
- Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of electrical systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Create and test wiring harnesses, ensuring they meet all specifications and standards.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to address and resolve technical issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of test procedures, results, and any corrective actions taken.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards during testing and assembly processes.
Experience with Military power Electronics and documentation for the process is highly desired but not required
