About the Role
As a Warehouse Manager at Survoy's, you will take ownership of our warehouse operations and lead the transition from manual processes to a streamlined, digital system . You will be responsible for organizing inventory , developing and enforcing warehouse logistics strategies , and implementing standardized procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
We are looking for a hands-on leader who is proactive in problem-solving and experienced in warehouse management, logistics, and inventory control . Experience with Service Titan or similar digital warehouse systems is a huge plus .
Key Responsibilities
- Warehouse Organization & Standardization
- Overhaul the current warehouse layout and implement a structured, standardized system.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse efficiency.
- Digital Transformation & Service Titan Implementation
- Lead the transition from manual processes to digital inventory management .
- Assist with Service Titan implementation , ensuring smooth integration with warehouse operations.
- Train warehouse staff on new digital tools and workflows .
- Inventory Management & Optimization
- Conduct a thorough inventory review , identifying and removing unnecessary stock .
- Implement accurate tracking systems to maintain real-time inventory visibility.
- Develop best practices for inventory control, stock organization, and replenishment.
- Warehouse Logistics Strategy
- Design and implement a logistics strategy to optimize material flow, stocking levels, and space utilization.
- Improve shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Team Leadership & Training
- Manage warehouse staff, ensuring proper training and adherence to safety protocols .
- Foster a culture of organization, accountability, and continuous improvement .
