We are currently seeking a talented and detail-oriented BIM/Revit Drafter to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a variety of projects, utilizing BIM software as well as AutoCAD and other CADD tools for drafting and design tasks. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage 3D models using Autodesk Revit and BIM software.
- Create detailed drawings, plans, and documentation for projects.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain and update BIM models throughout project lifecycles.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, industry codes, and client requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to modeling and documentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide innovative design solutions.
Qualifications:
- Experience in BIM/Revit modeling and AutoCAD drafting; knowledge of other CADD tools is a plus.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and other BIM-related software.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- A degree or certification in architecture, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
