10 years experience with CAPPS Business Process Design / Redesign / Reingineering best practices
10 years experience with Business / System / Data Analysis and Improvement
10 years experience with the development of various reporting mechanisms
10 years experience with ERP / CAPPS Financials / PeopleSoft in Texas
10 years proficient with the Microsoft Windows and Office products
10 years ability to communicate verbally and in writing
10 years CAPPS GL, Commitment Control, Purchasing,E-Procurement, AP,Cash Receipts, Inv, Assets and Grants
10 years PeopleSoft Financial modules implementation and post-go live experience with an emphasis on process improvemt
5 years leading Five (5) or more State Agency CAPPS Financial Implementations
2 years familiar with TCAPPS configuration with TEA
